Refund policy

At Selene by Ruosh Ltd (trading as Selene by Ruosh), we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please review our returns and refunds policy below.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging

  • Items must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration


Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable, unless they are faulty.

Jewellery sets

Where jewellery items are sold as part of a set (for example, a necklace and earring set), the set must be returned in full to be eligible for a return.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable once worn. If the earrings in a jewellery set have been worn, the entire set will be considered non-returnable.

We are unable to accept partial returns for jewellery sets.

Items marked as final sale (where applicable) are also non-returnable.


How to request a return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via:

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returns must be authorised by us before being sent back.

Please contact us and receive confirmation before returning any items.
Items sent back without initiating the return process or receiving approval may not be eligible for a refund and may need to be returned to the customer at their expense.

This helps us ensure returns are processed correctly and efficiently.


Return shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service

  • Selene by Ruosh Ltd is not responsible for items lost or delayed during return transit


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.

In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


International orders

For international returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are non-refundable
